Company owner Nolen Brown, a Lake Martin, Alabama native, and former President of Brown Machine & Fabrication, Inc., is a 3rd generation metal worker in the welding and fabrication industry. Nolen began his career as a welder/fabricator while maintaining his love for the water and advancing in the sport of SCUBA diving, learned from his father, along the way. After honing the skill sets, he found his passion with a specific interest in underwater welding in the commercial diving industry. Nolen has over 20 years of experience in the welding and diving industries and continues to grow his knowledge with different trainings expanding his certifications.

Nolen graduated from the International Diving Institute in Charleston, SC. and holds many commercial diving, welding, and SCUBA certifications. Nolen also proudly served his country as an Engineer Diver with the 1st Engineer Battalion in the Georgia State Guard.
